We are looking for an International Category Manager Natural Spreads based in Bad Schwartau.

This is what you can expect: 

• Lead and manage key projects, particularly around Portfolio and Footprint
• Work hand in hand with core markets as well as the Supply Chain organization
• Support the development of profitable category growth strategies and priorities
• Provide guidance and support to the country organizations to ensure the implementation of defined strategies
• Lead and coordinate cross country NPD activities based on consumer insights
• Support the execution of the group portfolio in local category planning

This is what you need:

• Experience in local marketing, ideally in the food industry of at least 6 years
• Enjoying project management and the ability to to structure, analyze, and lead complex tasks
• Open mindset, positively dealing with change
• Fluent in English
