Are you ready to architect the digital backbone of our global sales operations?

Our Competence Center for Enterprise Applications is the engine that drives Hero's technological excellence. We are looking for a Global Application Expert to take ownership of our Order to Cash (O2C) processes, with a heavy focus on Sales Management and Trade Promotion Management (TPM). You will be the crucial link between business needs and IT solutions, ensuring end-to-end process excellence across our global landscape. If you love translating complex business challenges into seamless SAP solutions, this is your stage.

What You'll Achieve

• Architect Global Excellence: You will lead the design, optimization, and support of our global O2C processes, ensuring our Sales and TPM operations run efficiently and sustainably.

• Master the Ecosystem: You will drive system configuration and implement business processes within SAP S/4HANA SD and TPM tools like Vistex. You will own everything from pricing master data and trade promotion claims to rebates and CRM capabilities.

• Lead Rollouts & Innovation: You will actively participate in international SAP S/4HANA rollout projects. You will develop functional specifications, run rigorous testing, and coordinate User Acceptance Tests (UAT) to guarantee flawless go-lives.

• Empower the Organization: You will act as a strategic business partner for Sales and other global functions. You will provide critical first and second-level support, conduct engaging workshops, and create training materials that elevate our key users.

• Collaborate for Success: You will bridge the gap between internal stakeholders, consultants from adjacent SAP modules (FI/CO, MM), and external service providers to ensure our architecture is fully integrated and future-proof.

Who You Are

O2C & TPM Mastermind

• You bring deep, hands-on knowledge of Sales Management and Trade Promotion Management processes (master data, contracts, claims, and rebates).

• You have successfully navigated and delivered 2 to 3 full cycles of TPM project implementations.

System-Savvy Strategist

• Your expertise in SAP S/4HANA SD and TPM solutions (such as Vistex) is non-negotiable.

• You have a strong grasp of integrations with FI/CO, MM, and other enterprise applications.

• Basic or advanced ABAP knowledge is a highly valued addition to your toolkit.

Independent Problem-Solver

• You hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or bring equivalent battle-tested experience.

• You combine an analytical, solution-oriented mindset with a highly structured and independent work style.

• Previous experience navigating the complexities of the FMCG industry gives you a distinct advantage.

Global Communicator

• You are completely fluent in English, ready to collaborate effortlessly with global stakeholders and international teams.

• A strong command of Spanish or German is a fantastic bonus.
