For our procurement organization we are currently looking for a:

Group Process Owner (m/f/d) Plan to Manufacture (P2M)

This position It is a critical process design role for the Group in the supply chain, that covers the entire material to inventory functional areas.

Possible locations are

• Bad Schwartau, Germany
• Murcia, Spain

This is what you can expect

• Play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing manufacturing processes across our global supply chain.

• Report to the Head of Manufacturing Excellence and take responsibility for designing, implementing, and continuously improving our Plan to Manufacture processes.

• Ensure seamless end-to-end integration from material planning to inventory management.

• Lead process governance, defining global standards while working closely with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Supply Chain Finance, and IT.

• Drive efficiency, standardization, and innovation across all manufacturing sites.

This is what you need to be successful in this role

• Extensive knowledge and experience in manufacturing, engineering, and food processing.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain functions, including planning and procurement.

• Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and process optimization tools.

• Ability to define, implement, and govern global process standards with a strategic mindset.

• Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching teams for high performance.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, persuade, and influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Full professional proficiency in English (C1 level or higher).
