In this Group-wide role, you will connect data, systems, suppliers and internal teams to keep critical processes moving. Your work will help Hero simplify operations, improve service quality and build a more efficient procurement organization.

What you’ll achieve

Protect the Data Foundation: You will own the accuracy, completeness and timely maintenance of supplier, material, pricing and other procurement master data, giving teams a reliable foundation for operational and commercial decisions.
Strengthen Commercial Control: You will support contract administration and manage pricing, rebates and other commercial conditions, helping ensure that agreed terms are reflected correctly across our systems and processes.
Create a Seamless Supplier Journey: You will support supplier onboarding, maintain certificates and documentation, monitor Code of Conduct records and help manage quality notifications.
Resolve Issues at the Source: You will collaborate with Procurement, Accounts Payable and suppliers to investigate pricing and invoice discrepancies, driving timely solutions and minimizing operational disruption.
Turn Spend Data into Insight: You will maintain accurate spend categorization in Sievo and support the implementation and maintenance of e-catalogues, making procurement information easier to use and act upon.
Champion Smarter Ways of Working: You will contribute to standardization, harmonization, automation and continuous improvement across Procurement Shared Services. You will also step into the P2P key user role when required and support the evolving needs of the function.

Who you are

Procurement Operations Professional

1-3 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Master Data or a similar environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement or related fields.

Data & Systems Expert

Hands-on experience with SAP (Master Data / P2P).
Advanced Excel and Microsoft 365 skills.
Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.

Collaborative Problem Solver

Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Continuous improvement mindset and affinity for digital tools.

International Communicator

English (C1)
Spanish (native/C2).

Nice to Have

Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
Knowledge of Sievo or other spend analytics tools.
German language skills.
