Customer Service Coordinator (m/f/d)

at our site in Bad Schwartau.

Fixed-term contract until November 2026

This is what you can expect
As Customer Service Coordinator in our Global Export department, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth processing and communication for our international customers. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing customer orders in SAP for our export business
  • Monitoring sales planning, stock levels, prices, and conditions
  • Scheduling shipments in collaboration with freight forwarders
  • Creating invoices and credit notes
  • Handling customer communication in English across the full order process
  • Managing complaints and general customer inquiries
  • Applying for export documents such as certificates of origin, veterinary certificates, and apostilles
  • Maintaining master data (customers, prices)
  • Acting as an important interface to logistics, customs, Hero sister companies, the export sales team, and external authorities

 

This is what you need to be successful in this role

  • Commercial vocational training, University degree and/or relevant professional experiences
  • Very good written and spoken English
  • Confidence with MS Office applications
  • Experience with SAP would be a plus (a strong willingness to learn a must)
  • A strong sense of service orientation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An independent and structured way of working
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment
