Global SAP Teamlead Architecture & Development.

To strengthen our Global IT organization, we are looking for a Team Lead SAP Architecture & Development (m/f/d). In this role, you will lead the evolution of Hero's SAP architecture landscape, drive major transformation initiatives, and develop an international team of SAP professionals. You will act as a key partner to the business, ensuring that our SAP ecosystem remains secure, scalable, sustainable, and aligned with Hero's future ambitions. 

Your Responsibilities

• Own and continuously evolve Hero's global SAP architecture across S/4HANA, integrations, data models, authorizations, and solution design principles.
• Lead architectural decision-making and governance, ensuring alignment with Enterprise Architecture standards and strategic objectives.
• Drive modern SAP architecture approaches leveraging technologies such as SAP BTP, APIs, CDS Views, SAP AI Data Products, and integration platforms. 
• Provide technical leadership for major SAP transformation programs, balancing innovation, standardization, operational stability, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure a stable, secure, scalable, and future-ready SAP landscape while maintaining compliance with governance and security standards.
• Partner closely with business stakeholders to translate business priorities into sustainable SAP capabilities and architectural roadmaps.
• Define and enforce development standards, quality guidelines, governance frameworks, and security principles.
• Foster effective collaboration across Business, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, and Application teams. 
• Lead, coach, and develop an international SAP Architecture & Development team, driving capability building, knowledge sharing, and delivery excellence.

What You Bring

• More than 10 years of SAP experience within complex international SAP environments.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, ideally within a RISE with SAP environment.
• Deep understanding of SAP architecture, integrations, security, authorizations, and development governance.
• Experience leading global SAP transformation programs and managing complex system landscapes.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end SAP business processes and enterprise-wide architecture concepts.
• Proven people leadership experience, including team development, coaching, and capability building.
• Experience working with Enterprise Architecture teams, governance forums, and technology roadmaps.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to translate technical topics into business value.
• Strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach to problem-solving. 
• Fluent English language skills.
