Head of Competence Center Enterprise Application (m/f/d)

In this position, you will lead the SAP landscape and associated applications, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence. You will drive SAP S/4HANA transformation, digitalization, and system optimization while managing international teams and fostering SAP competence development. This high-visibility role offers a chance to shape the company’s digital future, working closely with senior business leaders to drive innovation and efficiency.

This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility between on-site and remote work. Possible Locations:

• Bad Schwartau, Germany

• Murcia, Spain

• Lenzburg, Switzerland

This is what you can expect

• Define and implement the SAP strategy to support business objectives.

• Lead the global SAP S/4HANA transformation and optimization initiatives.

• Establish governance frameworks and drive value creation through SAP adoption.

• Oversee key SAP projects, including global rollouts and system enhancements.

• Partner with cross-functional teams across multiple countries to ensure alignment.

• You are a hands-on, transformational leader who inspires teams with a clear vision.

• Proven experience leading SAP S/4HANA implementation and optimization projects.

• Deep expertise in SAP processes, architecture and integration.

• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to navigate complex business needs.

• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.

• English is required, German is a plus.
