SAP Application Expert CO (m/f/d)

This is what you can expect

SAP System Management & Process Optimiziation

• Maintain, customize, and enhance SAP S/4HANA CO processes
• Identify opportunities for automation and process harmonization
• Support and participate in SAP S/4HANA rollout projects

Stakeholder Collaboration & Support

• Act as a trusted partner for management accounting and controlling teams
• Provide second-level support and guidance to key users
• Lead training sessions and workshops to optimize system usage
• Collaborate with external service providers and contribute to Change Advisory Board decisions

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and Group IT policies
• Support security and authorization management within SAP

This is what you need to be successful in this role

Technical & Functional Expertise

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent training
• Experience in SAP consulting or SAP in-house support

• Strong knowledge of SAP Record to Report (R2R) processes, with expertise in SAP CO & Material Ledger
• Experience in SAP integrations within the R2R-CO domain
• Project management experience is a plus

Soft Skills & Additional Capabilities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to identify and drive process improvements
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
