We are looking for a Team Lead Category Supply Planning (m/f/d).

Dive into the exciting world of our supply chain and take responsibility for the finished goods inventory of the Hero Group within Europe.

This is what you can expect:

• Lead a dedicated team of Category Supply Planners and Material Planners and actively shape the future of supply chains in the areas of Healthy Snacks and Natural Spreads
• Your task is to optimize the balance between cost, service, and cash while keeping an eye on the Service Level Agreements of the countries
• Become a key player in the S&OP process by managing the supply area and contributing to continuous improvement
• Monitor supply chain performance and proactively intervene to ensure that we always provide our customers with the best possible service

This is what you need:

• A degree in Business Administration with a focus on Logistics/Supply Chain or a comparable field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in supply planning
• Initial leadership experience and strong analytical thinking
• A team player with the ability to work across hierarchical and matrix organizational structures
• Fluent German and English skills
• Proficient IT skills (Arkieva, SAP, Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
