This is what you can expect
- Drive the development and enforcement of security policies, procedures, and guidelines aligned with industry standards
- Lead regular vulnerability assessments, identify security risks, and implement effective mitigation strategie
- Conduct risk assessments to evaluate potential threats and recommend practical, actionable safeguards
- Promote a strong security culture through engaging employee awareness programs and training sessions
- Develop and maintain incident response plans to ensure fast, coordinated action during security events
- Ensure compliance with key regulations and standards such as NIS2, GDPR, and ISO 27001
- Produce clear, insightful security reports that help guide decisions and improve our security posture
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to embed security best practices into all business operations
This is what you need to be successful in this role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and or equivalent experience.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar are highly desirable.
- Proven experience in implementing security policies and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of vulnerability management tools and techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and industry standards.
- Ability to lead projects in a multi-company environment.
