IT Security Specialist (m/f/d)

This is what you can expect

• Drive the development and enforcement of security policies, procedures, and guidelines aligned with industry standards
• Lead regular vulnerability assessments, identify security risks, and implement effective mitigation strategie
• Conduct risk assessments to evaluate potential threats and recommend practical, actionable safeguards
• Promote a strong security culture through engaging employee awareness programs and training sessions
• Develop and maintain incident response plans to ensure fast, coordinated action during security events
• Ensure compliance with key regulations and standards such as NIS2, GDPR, and ISO 27001
• Produce clear, insightful security reports that help guide decisions and improve our security posture
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to embed security best practices into all business operations
  

This is what you need to be successful in this role

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and or equivalent experience.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar are highly desirable.
• Proven experience in implementing security policies and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of vulnerability management tools and techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and industry standards.
• Ability to lead projects in a multi-company environment.
