What you'll achieve

 

  • Drive Global Transformation
    • You will participate in international SAP S/4HANA rollout projects, helping shape procurement and quality management processes across the Hero Group.
  • Optimize Business Performance
    • You will analyze procurement and quality workflows and translate business needs into effective SAP solutions that create real operational value. 
  • Champion System Excellence
    • You will configure, customize, maintain, and continuously improve SAP P2P and P2M-Q environments to ensure robust and efficient operations. 
      Empower Users
    • You will provide first and second-level support, guide key users, and deliver workshops and training that help teams maximize system capabilities.
  • Connect Stakeholders
    • You will collaborate closely with business functions, SAP module experts, consultants, and external partners to drive seamless end-to-end processes.
  • Protect Governance & Compliance
    • You will help ensure SAP processes comply with local regulations, Group IT standards, and security requirements while contributing to change management decisions.

 

 

Who You Are

 

 

SAP Process Enthusiast
  • You bring at least 2 years of hands-on experience as a key user in SAP P2P or P2M-Q environments.
  • Experience working with SAP S/4HANA enables you to understand business processes and system interactions effectively. 
Procurement & Quality Expert
  • You have a solid understanding of procurement and/or quality management processes.
  • You enjoy translating operational challenges into practical system solutions. 
Cross-Functional Collaborator
  • You thrive when working with stakeholders across different functions, countries, and external partners.
  • You are comfortable facilitating workshops, training sessions, and process discussions.
Project-Minded Innovator
  • You enjoy working in project environments and contributing to international rollouts and transformation initiatives.
  • Experience with SAP-related projects or deployments is highly valued. 
Analytical Problem Solver
  • You approach challenges with a structured, solution-oriented mindset.
  • You combine independent working habits with a strong team spirit. 
Global Communicator
  • You communicate confidently in English and Spanish.
  • German is considered a strong advantage.
