What You'll Achieve

Lead the AI Movement

• You will drive AI adoption across Hero by designing and executing change management strategies that inspire teams, unlock new ways of working, and accelerate our journey toward becoming an AI-enabled organization.

Build a Network of AI Champions

• You will create and nurture a powerful community of AI ambassadors across functions and markets, helping AI become part of everyday decision-making and innovation.

Make Impact Visible

• You will design communication campaigns that bring AI success stories to life, turning curiosity into enthusiasm and helping teams see the value of AI in action.

Own the Opportunity Pipeline

• You will be the gatekeeper and growth engine of our AI portfolio, identifying, qualifying, prioritizing, and scaling the use cases that deliver the greatest strategic and financial impact.  

Shape Solutions that Matter

• You will translate complex business challenges into clear AI opportunities, bringing together business stakeholders and technical experts to create solutions that solve real problems.

Deliver Measurable Value

• You will track business impact, adoption, and performance, ensuring every AI initiative contributes meaningful value and every lesson learned fuels future success.  

Who You Are

Transformation Builder

• You bring at least 5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, digital transformation, or related fields.  
• You've successfully embedded new tools, processes, or ways of working across multiple sites, markets, or functions, not just launched pilots.

Business-to-Tech Translator

• You understand both the language of business and the language of technology.
• You have a solid understanding of modern AI technologies including GenAI, Agents, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, and related concepts, allowing you to contribute meaningfully to technical discussions without being a developer yourself.

Strategic Problem Solver

• You combine analytical rigor with structured thinking and can confidently evaluate opportunities based on value, feasibility, risk, and strategic fit.
• You enjoy uncovering opportunities, challenging assumptions, and focusing resources where they create the greatest return.

Influencer & Storyteller

• You are an exceptional facilitator who can bring diverse stakeholders together around a common objective.
• You know how to communicate complex ideas simply, inspire action, and build momentum across organizations.

Impact-Driven Achiever

• You take ownership of outcomes, not just activities.
• You can build credibility equally with operational leaders, business stakeholders, and technical teams.

Global Collaborator
