For the Corporate Controlling Department at our headquarters in Lenzburg, Switzerland, we are currently looking for a
Group Supply Chain Controller 80 - 100% (m/f/d)
In this role you will assist the CFO Supply Chain on all operational and tactical matters relating to budget management and cost-benefit ratio and manage the P&L for Supply Chain at Group level. You will interact with the finance managers of the subsidiaries as well with Group management. In your position, you are directly reporting to our CFO Supply Chain Hero Group.
Your main responsibilities
• Organize timely and accurate reporting of:
- Monthly Supply Chain P&L at Group level
- Monthly and quarterly KPI and other metrics
- Quarterly CapEx updates
• Align with Group Finance on general accounting matters
• Track cost savings and performance
• Assess Capital Expenditure (CapEx) proposals financially and against investment guidelines
• Review and assess product cost standards, including analysis to improve/update allocation of costs to machines to improve pricing decisions
• Organize and participate in preparation of monthly and long-term financial plans including (as appropriate) balance sheets, income statements, cash flow projections, CapEx plan, profit and loss analysis, department budgets, and forecasts
• Develop and prepare financial, analytical and operational reports to facilitate the decision-making process and capital expenditure proposals
• Lead and/or participate on cross-functional teams to ensure the continuous, on-going improvement of processes, methods, productivity, and quality, while reducing costs.
• Build community with Supply Chain controllers in countries
Your profile
• Degree in Business Administration (Bachelor degree or higher), preferably with a specialization in Finance / Controlling
• At least 5+ years’ experience in Supply Chain finance, preferably in an international environment
• Excellent understanding of all aspects of Supply Chain
• Knowledge with IT systems; Office 365, SAP or other financial reporting systems
• Fluent in English, German and/or Spanish is a plus
