Process Expert Master Production Scheduling and Scheduling

For the global project team located at our headquarters in Lenzburg, Switzerland we are looking for a


Process Expert Master Production Scheduling and Scheduling 80-100% (m/f)


Your challenge

In this role you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the design and implementation of processes and systems within the designated process area. 
In this role you will report directly to PHI (Process Harmonization Initiative) Process Lead and work closely with Process Leads and Experts of other areas. You will interact with functional leads and process teams in different markets, as well as with other internal and external stakeholders. 


Your key responsibilities

  • Works as Expert in Master Production Planning and Scheduling area
  • Responsible within the designated process area for: Global Template implementation and Pilot roll-out included required localization design, Data Migration, System Testing and Training
  • Manages and produces project deliverables according to the project timeline.
  • Preparation and execution of project tasks such as workshops, system configuration, writing process documentation, producing test scenarios, developing migration plans, data validation etc.
  • Works on end-to-end process integration with other Process Areas.
  • Represents Process Concepts and Design in workshops, trainings and other company events.
  • Manages internal stakeholders such as the key users and Subject Matter Experts to ensure support and commitment to the Process Area Design and Global Template Solution.
  • Interacts collaboratively with and obtains support from external service providers.


Your profile

  • 3-5 years of experience as a member in complex process and system implementations in an international environment.
  • Good understanding of end to end supply chain, master data and financial processes.
  • Experience in designing process concepts.
  • Deep expertise in process definition, documentation, testing and training.
  • Very knowledgeable within the relevant systems with regards to standard processes and system configuration.
  • Proven (operational) expertise for the designated process areas.
  • Strong influencing skills.
  • Solid understanding of IT and Technology landscaping, design, build and integration of systems.
  • Communicates well with senior business leaders and stakeholders and is able to switch and translate easily between process/system terminology and business language.
  • Performs well in an environment with a high level of ambiguity, can drive clarity and structure and is highly self-motivated.
  • Bachelors degree
  • Fluency in English (oral and written) is essential, any other language is an advantage
  • Travel activity (once Covid-19 restrictions will allow)
