We’re proud of our strong heritage of using business as a force for good in the UK food landscape – building brands that connect deeply with consumers; leading our categories in key retail partners; and offering nutritious, delicious snacking options to all age groups.

You’ll find our offices in the heart of London and in sunny Bournemouth.  We’ve been named a Great Place to Work, and we’re seriously proud of the positive culture and business we’ve built together.

We’re part of the Hero Group, a global family of brands united by a shared mission ‘to delight consumers through honest goodness in every bite’.

About the role

The Supply Chain Executive is responsible for supporting the Senior Manager in delivering OTIF performance by owning stock availability accuracy, system integrity, and logistics data reliability. The role drives proactive supply chain management, improves data accuracy between SAP and warehouse operations, and embeds continuous improvement across processes.

This role is analytical, forward-looking, and focused on owning and improving data and systems to prevent issues at source, rather than resolving issues day-to-day.

Key Responsibilities

1. OTIF Performance Support

  • Support delivery of ≥98.5% OTIF through tracking, analysis, and system/data-led interventions
  • Monitor OTIF performance and identify systemic root causes of failures
  • Own reporting and insights on delivery performance trends
  • Proactively flag risks to deliveries (stock availability, system accuracy, capacity, data issues)

2. Proactive Supply Chain Management

  • Identify potential supply or delivery risks in advance and propose systemic or process-based solutions
  • Work closely with warehouses to ensure system alignment and readiness for upcoming orders
  • Support planning and prioritisation of orders where constraints exist, ensuring decisions are driven by accurate stock and logistics data

3. SAP, Stock & Logistics Data Accuracy (Primary Ownership)

  • Own the accuracy of stock availability and logistics data across SAP and warehouse systems
  • Ensure SAP is an accurate reflection of warehouse reality (stock levels, locations, orders, deliveries)
  • Identify root causes of discrepancies and implement fixes to eliminate recurring issues
  • Drive improvements to reduce data errors and manual corrections
  • Define, monitor, and improve data accuracy KPIs (stock, orders, deliveries, inventory positioning)

4. Continuous Improvement (Systems & Data Focus)

  • Identify inefficiencies in supply chain processes and system/data flows, and propose improvements
  • Support implementation of system and process changes (e.g. SAP interface, MLOR, delivery requirements)
  • Own and drive improvements to stock accuracy, system logic, and logistics data flows
  • Contribute to projects such as new flows (USA sea freight, stock rework)

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Customer Service, Warehouses, and Finance
  • Act as the point of truth for stock and logistics data across functions
  • Support the Senior Manager in preparing for customer and operational reviews

About you

  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, or planning
  • Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills with a focus on root cause analysis
  • High attention to detail and ownership of data accuracy
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Proactive and forward-thinking mindset
  • Experience improving data integrity, stock accuracy, or system processes (preferred)

Success Measures

  • Improved OTIF performance and reduced failures
  • High and measurable stock availability accuracy
  • High data accuracy between SAP and warehouse systems
  • Reduction in recurring data, stock, and logistics errors
  • Contribution to continuous improvement initiatives

Goals will relate to

  1. OTIF Performance Improvement
