As part of our Global IT transformation and the further development of S/4HANA as our ERP, we are thrilled to introduce our newly established Competence Center Enterprise Applications (CC ERP), which has the groupwide responsibility for the S/4 system. We are now looking for passionate SAP enthusiasts to take the lead in shaping our future.

One of the key roles is our Global Teamlead SAP (m/f/d) Architecture & Development​, who we are now looking for. The location can be Bad Schwartau (Germany) or Murcia (Spain).

This is what you can expect: 

• Build and lead a high-performing team of SAP Basis experts and developers
• Forge strong partnerships with business stakeholders, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and strategic business partner in driving SAP initiatives related to architecture and development processes
• Collaborate closely with IT system experts to design and implement solutions, ensuring alignment with business and legal requirements and adherence to global company templates
• Drive end-to-end process integration with other process areas, fostering seamless workflows and maximizing operational efficiency
• Serve as a representative of process concepts and design in workshops, trainings, and other company events, effectively communicating vision, objectives, and progress to key stakeholders
• Manage and produce project deliverables according to the project timeline, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards
• Collaborate with external service providers, fostering productive relationships and obtaining necessary support to achieve project objectives effectively

This is what you need:

• Proven leadership experience
• Deep expertise in SAP, ideally S/4HANA and Fiori
• Strong grasp of architecture and development processes
• Proficient in process definition, testing, and training
• Excellent communicator, bridging technical and business terms
• Comfortable in ambiguous environments, providing clear direction
• Inspires and trains team members effectively
• Collaborative team player with leadership skills
• Fluent in English; occasional travel required
