What You’ll Do
Quality Systems Management
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve our QMS in line with standards such as IFS and customer requirements
- Use QMS tools to manage workflows, documentation, and non-conformance processes
Audits & Certifications
- Prepare, coordinate, and support internal and external audits
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and certification requirements
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate mock recalls
Continuous Improvement
- Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve quality issues sustainably
- Analyze KPIs and quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Training & Collaboration
- Train and support employees on QMS processes and quality standards
- Collaborate closely with Production, Procurement, Engineering, and external partners
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field
- Preferred: min. 3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality systems in the food industry
- Strong knowledge of audits, compliance, and QMS
- Structured, analytical mindset with strong communication skills
- Fluency in German and English (minimum B2 level)
